By accessing, querying, or deploying micro-agents within the Zelar Trust cybersecurity and GRC environment, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be systematically bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Description of Services
Zelar Trust provides continuous compliance telemetry, autonomous risk register management, GRC auditing standing packs, and sandboxed corrective script execution. All features and system updates remain strictly subject to global ISO-27001 operational standards.
3. User Accounts & Registration
Enterprise administrators must register using verified corporate domains. You hold absolute operational responsibility for maintaining password complexity, restricting SSO key access, and verifying local team credentials systematically.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to deploy malware within diagnostic stages, execute denial-of-service tests against our telemetry pipelines, or query third-party enclaves without explicit, cryptographically signed authorization parameters.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Zelar Trust autonomous engine, diagnostic UI designs, custom GRC templates, 'Remediations' briefs, and unified glass-morphic layout systems represent proprietary property protected under global copyright and patent laws.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
Your operational metadata and systemic telemetry parameters are protected continuously in accordance with our Privacy Policy and strictly on-soil regional data sovereignty regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Zelar Trust be liable for speculative damages, automated operational interruptions, or diagnostic remediation costs resulting from correct or incorrect action scripts executed by our autonomous GRC agents.
8. Indemnification
You agree to systematically indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zelar Trust, its engineers, and regional directors against claims, liabilities, or compliance failures arising from incorrect custom configurations of GRC standards within your workspace.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to systematically restrict or terminate your access credentials immediately, without prior notice, upon detecting GRC guideline violations, persistent failed SSO authorizations, or malicious network actions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed systematically in accordance with federal legislation. Any formal disputes shall be addressed strictly within specialized regional commercial arbitration hubs.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating external judicial processes, parties must undergo a mandatory 60-day informal mediation period led by our GRC steering committee to seek mutually satisfactory commercial terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these parameters at any time. Your continued utilization of our cyber enclaves after such updates represents systematic consent to the revised Terms of Use.
